The #10 Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball continued their undefeated streak Saturday morning, improving to 14-0 on the season, doing so in mercy run rule fashion.

In their 3rd game at the Baylor Invitational, the Cajuns topped North Texas 10-2 in 5 innings.

Freshmen pitcher Kandra Lamb came in in relief after the Mean Green scored 2 runs in the top of the 1st, and sailed through 5 innings of work, allowing only 2 hits, no runs and striking out 5 batters. The Aussie improves to 3-0 on the season with the victory.

Offensively, the Cajuns racked up 11 hits, including 3 each from juniors Sarah Hudek and Julie Rawls. Rawls hit the lone home run of the game, and led the team in RBI with 4.

Louisiana will face off with North Texas again today at 3, before finishing up their play at the Baylor Invitational tomorrow.
