Next Wednesday the New Orleans Saints are heading up to The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia to begin training camp. And in less than two months the 2015 regular season will begin.

All members of the Who Dat Nation are gearing up for a fantastic season.

But let us never forget where we came from. As Saints fans we have definitely seen a lot of good, bad and ugly. (More of the latter.)

The good folks at SI.com recently put together a list of every team's worst player in their history. They relegated the players to the Super Bowl era. And they were players either the team drafted high, signed to a huge free agent contract or acquired for way too much in a trade.

The New Orleans Saints selection? Oh, you know it -- Johnathan Sullivan!

In the 2003 draft, the Saints had the 17th and 18th picks in the first round after trading away Ricky Williams to the Miami Dolphins. However, instead of getting two solid first round talents, they decided to trade those picks to the Arizona Cardinals for the sixth overall pick, where they selected Georgia defensive tackle Johnathan Sullivan.

The rookie actually played well in 2003, racking up 25 tackles along with one sack, earning kudos for his "nasty disposition". However, he reported out of shape in 2004 and never really found his way into good graces with head coach Jim Haslett.

Sullivan was demoted to the second team in preseason of 2004, effectively ending his tenure with the Saints and in the league for that matter.

He was traded to the New England Patriots in 2006 for receiver Bethel Johnson and New England released him soon thereafter.

***Some of the other stipulations for a player to make the list was that they had to have played 16 games in the NFL and is no longer an active player.
