Cajun Softballer DJ Sanders Wins Conference Player Of The Week For 3rd Time

Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball shortstop DJ Sanders has played phenomenal all season.

The Sun Belt Conference takes notice each week.

For the third time this season, Sanders has been named the Sun Belt Conference player of the week.

It marks the 5th time in 7 weeks this season a Ragin' Cajun is the SBC player of the week.

Sanders, a junior from Columbus, Mississippi, went 6-11 and batted .545 last week, blasting 3 home runs in the Cajuns road sweep of South Alabama.

She currently leads the NCAA in home runs with 16.
