What is the Proposed NBA Lockout About? Here are the Issues

While it looks as though the NFL and NFL Players Association might be turning the corner as far as the NFL lockout is concerned, the NBA is getting ready for their lockout.

The current collective bargaining agreement expires at midnight tonight and while it's a possibility that the deadline could be extended, it's really not likely given how far apart the two sides seem to be.
