UL Baseball’s Season Opener Postponed

The start of the 2017 season will have to wait one more day, as rain forced Louisiana and Southeastern to postpone Friday night's scheduled contest. A makeup date will be announced Saturday.

Louisiana will now open the 2017 season against Murray State. First pitch is scheduled for 1 pm from Pat Kenelly Diamond in Hammond. Jay Walker will have pregame coverage beginning at 12:30 pm on News Talk 96.5 KPEL.
