At the FIBA U19 World Championships in Prague, Czech Republic, Team USA ended pool play unbeaten with a win over Serbia, 71-62.

The game was tight until the USA ran off seven unanswered points to open up a double digit lead.  The Americans are the only unbeaten team in the  tournament.

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns point guard Elfrid Payton started his sixth straight game for the Americans.  Payton battled early foul trouble, but still played 23 minutes, and had four points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals.
