The 2018-19 college basketball season isn't even close to beginning, but that doesn't stop ESPN Bracketologist Joe Lunardi from making his predictions.

And, Lunardi evidently likes what the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have returning.

The Cajuns, who won the Sun Belt Conference regular season title a year ago, will return three starters from their 27-7 club.  Seniors JaKeenan Gant, Marcus Stroman and Malik Marquetti will all return.  Gant was named the Sun Belt defensive player of the year.

Lunardi likes the Cajuns enough to suggest the Cajuns will represent the Sun Belt in the 2019 NCAA Tournament.

He has the Cajuns in San Jose, CA as a #13 seed, facing #4 Kansas State.  Ironically, Lunardi also has LSU in San Jose as well.  He predicts the Tigers as a #8 seed facing #9 Miami.

He likes Kansas, Duke, North Carolina and Gonzaga as his #1 seeds.

The Cajuns probably won't even be the favorite in the league this year.  That honor will probably go to Georgia State.

But hey, it's fun.
