Kings to remain in Sacramento for another year
Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson will be given one more chance to procure a new arena for the NBA Sacramento Kings.
Johnson, a former NBA player, has been thwarted in previous attempts to get a new arena for Sacrament0's only major league professional team.
Co-owner Joe Maloof says that if plans aren't in place for a new arena within a year, the owners will re-locate the franchise to another city. Anaheim has been rumored as the possible new home.
