Nothing much shaking at the top this week. In fact, my top ten stayed exactly the same as last week. The top teams won impressively. LSU, my number one team, beat Florida by 30 and that was the smallest margin of victory among the top three teams on my ballot.

I dropped three teams out of my top 25. Florida State lost for the third time. Auburn, who I had put into my top 25 last week, fell out after their blowout loss to Arkansas and Florida fell out as well.

Replacing them were Arizona State at 23, Notre Dame at 24 and Louisiana at 25.

Arizona State had been in most of the top 25 polls the last few weeks and I included them after their win this week.

After losing their first two games, Notre Dame has been pretty durned good lately and they scored 59 yesterday, which tells me the Irish are finally getting Brian Kelley's offense.

And, Louisiana's win over Troy was their fifth straight and it's time the Cajuns are at least on the radar of voters. The only way to get them there is to make sure they are "others receiving votes." Maybe some of the others will take notice if the Cajuns continue to win.

By the way, I was not the only Harris voter to give Louisiana a vote.

Here's my top 25
