The latest NCAA Baseball Tournament projections are out, and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns are getting noticed.

Baseball America and D1Baseball give their projections each week of the 64 teams they believe will be in the tournament.  They also list their prediction of regional sites based on what's happened to this point.

And, after winning 13 of their last 16 games, the Cajuns are getting plenty of love, as are some other schools in the state.

In the latest Baseball America projection, the Cajuns are hosting a regional.  BA says Florida Atlantic, Arizona and Bryant could wind up at M. L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

BA also has LSU traveling to Houston for a regional hosted by Rice.  The Tigers are a #2 seed in the projection with BYU and Southeast Missouri State.

Tulane would be headed to #1 seed Florida as the 3 seed along with Clemson and Binghamton.  Southeastern Louisiana would be seeded third in Hattiesburg, with #1 Southern Miss, #2 Ole Miss and Creighton in the field.

BA has South Alabama headed to Starkville with Mississippi State, Houston and Navy.  And, they also have future Sun Belt member Coastal Carolina as a host site, with North Carolina, Maryland and UNC Greensboro.

The makeup is considerably different in D1Baseball, which has the Cajuns traveling to Baton Rouge as a #2 seed where LSU is a host.  Washington and Bryant round out the field.

Tulane is projected to Starkville with Mississippi State, Southern Miss and Southeast Missouri St.  Southeastern Louisiana is a four seed in Houston with Rice, Virginia and Stanford.

South Alabama is a two seed in Tallahassee with Florida State, Alabama and Jacksonville, while Coastal Carolina is projected as a #2 seed in Nashville with Vanderbilt, Notre Dame and Alabama State rounding out the field.

A new projection will come out next Wednesday.
