Alabama Tops Latest AP Top 25 College Football Poll
The top five teams remain unchanged in this week's Associated Press Top 25 college football poll, which was released on Sunday.
For the seventh-consecutive week, the Alabama Crimson Tide tops the poll, after receiving 55 of a possible 60 first-place votes.

Alabama, who improved to 5-0 last week, will be on the road this week, to take on Kentucky.
The Oregon Ducks, who received the other five first-place votes, are in the second slot again this week, after moving to 5-0 by after crushing Colorado last week, 57-16.

Oregon faces a stiff test this week, when they travel to take on #16 Washington.
The Clemson Tigers stay put at number three this week.

Clemson moved to 5-0 last week, with 49-14 win over Syracuse, and will host Boston College this week.
The Ohio St. Buckeyes, who still haven't lost since 2011, stays at number four, after a 40-30 win over previously unbeaten Northwestern.

Now 6-0, Ohio St. is idle this week, before hosting Iowa on October 19.
The Stanford Cardinal round out the top five for the second-consecutive week, after hanging on to defeat Washington last week, 31-28.

Stanford, now 5-0, will be on the road to take on Utah this week.
Florida St., Georgia, Louisville, Texas A&M, and LSU are ranked 6-10 this week, followed by UCLA, Oklahoma, Miami (Florida), South Carolina, and Baylor in the 11-15 spots.
At 16-20 this week, it's Washington, Florida, Michigan, Northwestern, and Texas Tech, respectively.
Finally, at 21-25, we have Fresno St., Oklahoma St., Northern Illinois, Virginia Tech, and Missouri.
Northern Illinois, Virginia Tech, and Missouri are the newcomers to this week's poll, with Arizona St., Ole Miss, and Maryland dropping out.
