UL Softball Faces Georgia St.

The 17th-ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun softball team returns to the diamond on Saturday afternoon, playing host to the Georgia St. Panthers Panthers in a doubleheader, representing the first two games of a three-game Sun Belt Conference series at Lamson Park.

Louisiana, who has won 15 of their last 16, and 23 of their last 25, is 33-6, overall, and 14-1 in league play, while Georgia St. is 28-17, and 13-6, respectively.

The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday at 2 o’clock, followed by a single game on Sunday at 1 pm.
