There were three games played in the Sun Belt Conference last week.  Here is a recap of Appalachian State's Wednesday defeat of Louisiana and the details of ULM's Thursday win over Texas State can be found here.

That leaves just one other game played in the league and that was Saturday.

GEORGIA STATE 31, COASTAL CAROLINA 21--It was another big day for Georgia State quarterback Dan Ellington.  The senior quarterback rushed for 128 yards while throwing for 122 yards and a touchdown to lead the Panthers (4-2, 2-1 Sun Belt) to the impressive road win.  Georgia State set a team rushing record for the second straight week, accumulating 350 yards on the ground.  Three different players rushed for 100 or more yards in the game.

Georgia State scored a pair of touchdowns in the second quarter to take a 17-6 halftime lead.  After Coastal (3-3, 0-2) cut the lead to 17-13, the Panthers scored a pair of touchdowns to put the game out of reach.
