Should Kenny Anderson Be In The Pro Football Hall of Fame?

Kerry J. Byrne, of SI.com, says former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Kenny Anderson definitely deserves to be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Byrne certainly makes a good case for Anderson.

I have always thought that Anderson was underrated. Had the Bengals won more, and had Anderson not been in the same division as Terry Bradshaw, he might very-well be in the Hall of Fame.
