Mathieu Named Camp Defensive Player Of The Week

 LSU Tigers cornerback and punt returner Tyrann Mathieu has been named the Walter Camp national defensive player of the week. The "Honey Badger" finished with a team high eight tackles, two forced fumbles a fumble recovery, and an electrifying 92-yard punt return for a touchdown.

His phenomenal all-around play helped LSU finished the regular season 12-0, champions of the SEC West, and continued owners of the nations #1 ranking.
