Cajuns Picked Fourth in West in Preseason SBC Football Poll

Evidently, coaches around the Sun Belt aren't expecting much from the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Football team in 2018.

The Cajuns were picked to finish fourth in the West division of the Sun Belt in a poll released by the league.

Arkansas State was the near unanimous choice to win the West, receiving nine out of the ten first place votes.  ULM was picked second, South Alabama third and Texas State fifth.

Appalachian State was the choice of the coaches to win the East and meet A-State in the inaugural title game on December 1.  The Mountaineers got six of the ten first place votes to finish ahead of Troy, who received the other four.  Georgia State, Georgia Southern and Coastal Carolina round out the East voting.
