Cajuns Enter Into Home and Home Agreement with Eastern Michigan

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns athletics department has announced a football home and home agreement with Eastern Michigan of the Mid-American Conference.

The teams will play in Lafayette on September 10, 2022 and the Cajuns will return the visit to Ypsilanti on September 20, 2025.

The two teams have met twice previously, with EMU taking a 31-10 win in the season opener in 2005.  The Cajuns returned the favor the next season, handling the Eagles 33-14.

The Cajuns are 12-9 all time against MAC members, with another game scheduled for this season when the Cajuns travel to Ohio University on September 21.

Coach Billy Napier's squad opens the 2019 season on Saturday, August 31 against Mississippi State at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
