Cajun Softball Unanimous Pick By Coaches To Win Sun Belt
All 10 Sun Belt softball coaches voted Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun softball team as the pick to win the Sun Belt Conference in 2017.
Being a unanimous preseason favorite isn't new for Louisiana, but it also isn't always a guarantee.
After winning their 14th conference title in 16 years of the Sun Belt, the Ragin' Cajuns return a roster with two All-Americans in pitcher Alex Stewart and outfielder Aleah Craighton.
Louisiana's season begins February 17th with a 3:00 first pitch against DePaul in the 31st annual Louisiana Classics at Lamson Park.
