Auburn Tigers quarterback Clint Moseley will make his first career start this Saturday on the road against the top ranked LSU Tigers.

Moseley replaces Barrett Trotter who started the first seven games this season for the 19th ranked Auburn Tigers. Coach Gene Chizik replaced Trotter with Moseley in the second half of their win last Saturday against the Florida Gators.

Trotter is excited about his first start coming in Baton Rouge against one of the best defenses in the Country.

"It couldn't get any better. Aggressive defense. No. 1 team in the country. All the hype coming up to it. It's Death Valley," explained a giddy Trotter. "Yeah, it's a little nerve-racking, but at the same time how could you draw it up better? That's just the most dramatic situation you can think of. That's just awesome."

This will mark the third straight week that LSU faces a quarterback that replaced the previous starter.
