The streak continues for Louisiana softball.

The Ragin' Cajuns won their school-record 25th game to start the season on Friday, defeating Penn State 5-1 in their second game at the Judy Garman Classic in Fullerton, CA.

Ashley Brignac was masterful in the circle for the Cajuns, allowing only two Nittany Lions to reach base in the game.  Penn State could only manage one hit, as Brignac walked one and struck out seven.  Brignac needed just 97 pitches to notch her tenth win without a loss.

Christi Orgeron had a two run double to lead the Cajuns' seven hit attack.  Nerissa Myers, Katie Smith and Natalie Fernandez also drove in runs for the Cajuns.

Louisiana will meet Fresno State later today at the Garman Classic.
