Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team returns to action on Wednesday, when coach Errol Rogers' squad travels to Bowling Green, Kentucky, to take on the WKU Lady Toppers, in a Sun Belt Conference match-up.

UL fell to FAU, 66-52, on Saturday, extending their losing streak to three games, and dropping them to 5-8 on the season, and 0-1 in Sun Belt Conference play.

WKU will enter the game with an overall record of 3-10, and a league mark of 0-1.

The Cajuns, who will play the remainder of the season without forward Mercedes Johnson and center Kemi Rotibi, are led by senior guard Krystal Motley, who is averaging 11.6 points per game.

Senior forward LaTeira Owens paces the Lady Toppers, averaging 10.0 points, and 7.6 rebounds, per outing.

The game marks the opening game of a two-game road stretch for Louisiana, who is on the road, at Middle Tennessee on Saturday, before returning home on January 11, to face South Alabama.

Tip-off time is scheduled for 11 am.
