UL Baseball Hosts Towson – Preview

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun baseball team opens up their 2012 home schedule on Friday evening, playing host to the Towson Tigers, in the opening game of a three-game, weekend, non-conference series at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

The weekend series marks the first-ever match-up between the two schools.

Louisiana is 1-3 on the young season, while Towson comes in at 1-2.

Senior right-hander Joe Zimmermann gets the start in the opener of the series for UL, while Towson goes with righty Michael Trionfo.

Game times are 6:05 pm on Friday night, 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, and 1 o'clock on sunday afternoon.
