Johnson Agrees to Extension with Titans

The holdout lasted nearly all the preseason, but the Tennessee Titans and star running back Chris Johnson have agreed to a contract extension.

The deal is for four years and is worth $53 million with $30 million guaranteed.  That contract will be tacked onto the existing contract and will keep Johnson under Titans' control until 2016.

The Titans close out the preseason against the Saints tonight.
