This is video of the Cleveland's Jason Giambi, crushing a dramatic two-out, two-run homer run in the bottom half of the ninth inning off of Chicago's Addison Reed, to give the Indians a big 4-3 win over the White Sox at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday night.

The Indians were leading, 3-2, in the top half of the ninth, but Cleveland closer Chris Perez gave up a homer to Dayan Viciedo, to tie the game, 3-3, before allowing a two-out homer to Alejandro De Aza, as the visitors took a one-run lead.

In the bottom of the ninth, Michael Brantley singled with one out, before the 42-year old Giambi provided the magical moment, delivering his 10th career walk-off homer, and his second pinch-hit, walk-off this season.

The Indians, who are trying to make the postseason for the first time since 2007, remain one game ahead of the Texas Rangers, who defeated the Houston Astros, 3-2, on Tuesday night, in the race for one of the two wild-card spots in the American League.
