Check out this basketball referee, calling the game while chatting on his phone.
It happened during a middle school game in Oak Harbor, Washington between North Whidbey and Oak Harbor.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I have absolutely nothing here. Even if it was an emergency call he could have/should have taken an official timeout and stopped the game.
"Hey man, what you doin'?"
"Nothing much, just reffing a little roundball. What's up?"
