A couple are fairly easy.

I think we might all agree that Ryan Leaf was the worst first-round choice, ever, by the San Diego Chargers.

We'd probably also agree the the Green Bay Packers' pick of Tony Mandarich in the first-round was their biggest mistake in the draft.

But some others are a little more difficult to determine.
