Ted DiBiase shocked Mid-South in 1982 by loading-up a black glove and knocking out his best friend, the Junk Yard Dog, in loser leaves Mid-South match.

With the Dog out for 90 days, he sent his "friend" Stagger Lee to the Mid-South area to offer up a measure of revenge.

This is the debut of Stagger Lee.

And for the record, it was never proven that Stagger Lee was in fact JYD!
