Looking for some possible help at the linebacker position, the New Orleans Saints hosted a couple of veterans on Wednesday.

The team hosted linebackers Dekoda Watson and Darnell Sankey.

A 10-year veteran, Watson spent four games with the San Francisco 49ers last season, compiling three tackles.

In stints with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, and 49ers, the 31-year old Watson has accumulated 152 tackles, including 6 career sacks.

The 23-year old Sankey, who was waived by the Detroit Lions on September 1, played in six games with the Indianapolis Colts last season, without making a tackle.

The 6-foot-2, 250-pound Sankey, who played his college football at Sacramento St., has also spent time on the practice squads of the Colts, Ravens, and Lions.
