Guy Texting On Hood Of Moving Car – VIDEO

This is video of a guy just casually texting on top of the hood of a moving car, on a busy road.

While it's not a good idea to text and drive, it's an awful idea to text while your on the top of a car that someone else is driving!

Was it wrong of me to wish for a speed bump throughout this video?
