Below is video of Desmond Jennings delivering a walk-off single in the bottom half of the 12th inning on Wednesday night, to score Sam Fuld, giving the Tampa Bay Rays a 4-3 win over the Texas Rangers at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The win pushed the Rays to 83-68 on the year, and keeps them atop the American League wild-card race.

Two teams will get wild-cards, and after the completion of games on Wednesday night, the Rays are one game in front of the Texas Rangers (82-69), who are one-half game in front of the Cleveland Indians (82-70), one full game in front of the Baltimore Orioles (81-70), and two-and-a-half games in front of the New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals (80-72).

From a scheduling standpoint, the Indians may have an edge the rest of the way, with series' against the Astros, White Sox and Twins.

After the completion of their series against the Rangers on Thursday, the Rays have the Orioles, Yankees, and Blue Jays left on their schedule, while the Rangers will finish with the Royals, Astros, and Angels.

The Orioles have the Rays, Blue Jays, and Red Sox left, after they complete their current series with the Red Sox, while the Royals have the Rangers, Mariners, and White Sox left.

Finally, after the completion of their series against the Blue Jays on Thursday, the Yankees have the Giants, Rays, and Astros remaining on their schedule.
