Evidently, Vancouver Canucks fans are sore losers.

Riots broke out on the streets of Vancouver last night after the top-seeded Canucks lost game seven of the Stanley Cup Finals to the Boston Bruins, 4-0.

While there have been no fatalities reported, there have been reports of injuries.  According to the article on espn.com, ambulances were having a hard time getting into the area where the riots broke out.

Fires and looting were commonplace in the downtown area.

It started about an hour after the game, when troublemakers started hurling garbage and rocks at police cars.  It escalated from there.

Vancouver players have issued statements deploring the actions.
