I-10 Near Houston Texas Being Shut Down Due to Road Conditions

Conditions in parts of Texas and Louisiana are beginning to deteriorate as wintery precipitation enters the region and now a major roadway is being shut down.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that I-10 East and Westbound are being shut down just west of Houston, TX due to poor driving conditions.

Photos on social media show multiple accidents on the interstate, one even involving an 18-wheeler flipped over.

If you are traveling in that direction, please consider delaying your trip or seek an alternate route.
