3 local high schools are getting new running tracks, according to this story by the Advocate.
Acadiana High, Comeaux High, and Carencro High are getting the all-season tracks this year.

The story goes on to say that the tracks will be all-weather, will use the Metric System, and will have 8 lanes instead of 6.
At an expected cost of almost $4m, these new tracks should put some spunk into the athletes!
