New Orleans Pelicans guard Tyreke Evans underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his right last night, the team announced today.

No timetable has been set for when Evans may return to basketball activities.

Evans is the third Pelican to undergo surgery in the last two weeks.

Point guard Jrue Holiday had a rod removed from his leg after it was inserted during a surgery he had in 2014 after a tibia fracture.

Small forward Quincy Pondexter underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee.

New Orleans currently has 7 players under contract for next season, and three have had surgeries this month.
