It took an extra day, but Tennis superstar Rafael Nadal claimed his record 7th French Open title Monday morning, ending #1 ranked Novak Djokovic's grand slam streak in the process. It wasn't easy, but the Spaniard outsted Djokovic in 4 sets (6-4, 6-3, 2-6, 7-6).

For Nadal, the win marks his 11th overall Grand Slam title, tying him with Borg and Rod Laver for 3rd (in the Open era) on the all-time list.
