Mike Brown

 

Mike Brown has reach an agreement, in principal, for him to return as head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The 43-year old Brown coach the Cavaliers for five seasons, from 2005-2010, compiling an overall record of 272-138,

During his helm, Cleveland won two Central Division titles, finished second three other times, and made two trips to the NBA Finals, as the Cavaliers thrived under Brown, and alongside LeBron James.

Brown became the successor to Phil Jackson, as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, during the 2011-2012 season, and went 41-25, finishing first in the Pacific Division, in the strike-shortened season, before his team was eliminated in the Western Conference semi-finals.

This season, Brown was let go, after the Lakers got off to a 1-4 start.

For his coaching career, Brown is 314-167.
