Art Schlichter, the former Ohio State University quarterback who lost it all to a gambling addiction and spent more than a decade in prison for forgery and fraud, may be in trouble with the law again. He's under investigation in a multimillion-dollar ticket-selling scam that apparently led to the near-suicide of the widow of Wendy's CEO Robert Barney.

The Columbus Dispatch said Schlichter, 50, is accused of soliciting millions of dollars from scores of people to broker the sale of tickets to Super Bowl and Ohio State University games, then using the cash to gamble instead. No charges have been filed.
