LSWA Football Polls

The latest LSWA high school football rankings were released on Monday, and nine teams representing the Acadiana area are ranked in the respective polls, including the St. Thomas More Cougars, who top the 4A poll.

In Class 4A, St. Thomas More is ranked number one, with Teurlings coming in at number seven, and Rayne at number nine.

In the Class 3A poll, Jennings is ranked fifth, followed by Church Point, who is seventh, and Notre Dame, who is ranked ninth.

In Class 2A, Catholic-New Iberia is ranked second.

Finally, in Class 1A, Vermilion Catholic is ranked third, while Basile checks in at number eight.
