The entire class action lawsuit was settled for 35 million dollars but you won't be getting all of that. The issue that sparked the lawsuit involved audio problems with the phone. According to the lawsuit the problem was with the audio IC chip. Apparently in some iPhones after an IOS update, the microphone stopped working and the speaker button was grayed out making receiving and taking phone calls difficult.
