ABBEVILLE, La. (KMDL-FM) - The first full weekend of October often marks slightly cooler weather and always signals the return of the Louisiana Cattle Festival in Abbeville.
Louisiana Cattle Festival 2025 Dates and Location
This year's festival will be held from Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5 at the festival grounds in the heart of downtown Abbeville.
The Cattle Festival features an endless Fais Do-Do with 10 bands, a grand parade, a rib eating contest, a cattle drive, and much more fun family-friendly festivities.
