Video Shows What’s Coming Up in Middle of Scott Roundabout

For weeks we've been asking what is coming up in the middle of the roundabout in Scott, and now we know.

If you recall, we recently highlighted some of your guesses as to what may be coming up in the middle of the roundabout at Dulles and Apollo, and you most certainly did not let us down.

Some of you said it was a drive-thru, a car wash, or even a small restaurant. While those guesses were very entertaining, they were all wrong.

It appears that the massive structure being built in the center of the roundabout in Scott will be a salute to Acadiana High School, which is just down the road from the new roundabout.

A video link sent to me shows an engineering firm, that is overlooking this massive project, displaying what is to come in the center of the roundabout.

The structure does include several rams on each corner, and that is to highlight the school's mascot, again that is just down the road from the roundabout.

One more cool thing about this project is that it is being led by an all-female team of engineers for the firm Fenstermaker.

So, the guessing games are over and now we await the conclusion of this massive project in Scott. But for now, here's your sneak peek of what's to come.
