The Zillow listing notes that the home needs repairs and remodeling, but the price is quite spectacular. It's conveniently located only an hour's drive from San Antonio and Austin, and perfect for a Duvall fan who enjoys scenic views and privacy.

Duvall, a Fort Worth native who died in July of last year at 75, resided in the Blanco home the final years of her life. Just last weekend, several pieces of memorabilia related to her esteemed career in movies and television were available in an estate sale.

Movie Memorbilia

Some of the items showcased at the sale included an autographed poster from her most famous role as Wendy Torrance in the 1980 Stanley Kubrick thriller The Shining, as well as a poster from the 1991 film Suburban Commando starring Hulk Hogan. An auction is scheduled for October 30th for more memorabilia from The Shining and Popeye.
