Former Teammates Salute Derek Jeter Before His Last Game At Yankee Stadium

Former teammates Nick Swisher, Phil Hughes, Tino Martinez, Cecil Fielder, Chili Davis, were part of a video message to Derek Jeter, prior to his final Sunday home game at Yankee Stadium.

Fittingly, in his last Sunday at-bat at Yankee Stadium, Jeter delivered an RBI double to left field, to help the Yankees to a 5-2 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.

For Jeter, it was hit number 3,457, and double number 541 of his illustrious career.

The Yankees host the Baltimore Orioles in a four-game series, Monday-Thursday, which will mark the final four home appearances for Jeter.
