Anthony Davis Done For Season, Vasquez Hurt Too
In an unsurprising move, the New Orleans Hornets have decided to shut down Anthony Davis for the remainder of the season. After injuring his knee in Wednesday night's loss to the Kings, an MRI revealed a sprained MCL and bone bruise.
Another banged up Hornet is Greivis Vasquez, who will not play tonight versus the Los Angeles Clippers due to an injured ankle. New Orleans has not announced whether or not Vasquez will miss the remainder of the season.
The Hornets have three games left this season, hosting the Clippers tonight, and the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. Wednesday they travel to Dallas for the season finale against the Mavericks.
