On Saturday at the LSU Invitational, the Tiger freshman etched his name in the LSU and NCAA record books.

On the first day of the two-day meet in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Friday, Duplantis wowed the crowd by breaking the collegiate record with a best of 19 feet, 5 inches.

Good thing the LHSAA ruled Armand "Mondo" Duplantis eligible for the Texas Relays on Saturday, because all he did was break a world junior pole vault record.
