Mother And Boyfriend Arrested After Kaplan Child’s Death

A four-year-old boy has died after police say his mother and her boyfriend allegedly beat him according to KATC.

Kaplan Police have now charged Samantha Babineaux and 23-year-old Nathaniel Trahan with first-degree murder.
