(Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - LSU is looking for its next head football coach, and one name that continues to come up in the media and on social media is Nick Saban.

As most of you know, Saban coached LSU from 2000 to 2004, compiling a 48-16 record in Baton Rouge, including a National Championship victory for the Tigers. From there, Saban left college football and went on to coach in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins.

After a short stint in South Florida, the legendary coach went to Alabama, and the rest is history. And while Saban had much success in Bama, he recently said that leaving Baton Rouge was one of his biggest professional regrets, so can LSU lure him back for one more run?

Well, that remains to be seen, but money does talk, and as Nick Saban stated on ESPN's College Game Day, when his wife, Mrs. Terry, sees offers and numbers, that can be the deciding factor if he elects to come out of coaching retirement.

We don't know whether LSU has or will reach out to the former coach, or whether they will offer him a lot of money to return, but there is one thing in Baton Rouge that may catch Saban's attention.

The house that the Sabans lived in while in Baton Rouge in the early 2000s is back on the market. The house that Nick and Mrs Terry put so much work into is for sale for $5 Million, and how would you not want to return to this beautiful home off of Highlland Drive?

The home is 6,494 square feet and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The house was built in 1953 but has been modernized and walled, and it features a gate and gorgeous landscaping.

So, once Nick and Mrs Terry find out that their old home is back on the market, do you think this may convince them to move back to Baton Rouge and give it one more run at LSU? While that remains to be seen, we do know that Coach Saban and his wife still have a special place in their heart for Baton Rouge, so let the speculating continue.

We'll continue to follow the coaching search for the Tigers, and we'll provide more here in the weeks ahead.

For LSU fans, here's Saban admitting that he made a mistake when he left Baton Rouge and LSU in the early 2000s.
