Sometimes football is bigger than just a sport.

Former LSU Tiger star Ja'Marr Chase recently granted a young boy his wish to meet him after his battle with leukemia.

Brixton Woods was diagnosed with cancer and during his days of treatment, his family kept his spirits up by decorating his hospital room with the colors of his favorite NFL team, the Cinniciatti Bengals.

The young boy was treated for several days in the hospital and the days were long, Still, it was the colors of the Bengals that kept his spirits up and the hope to one day meet a particular player on the Bengals.

Brixton often danced in his hospital room like his favorite player and even dreamt of one day walking alongside him, that was Ja'Marr Chase.

The star wide receiver, who played at LSU, has taken the NFL by storm and young Brixton hoped to meet him after his treatment, so plans were arranged.

When Brixton and his family got to meet the mascot of the Cincinnati Bengals, Brixton was informed that he would be meeting his favorite NFL player and even have the chance to attend practice.

As you will see here, the young fan was treated like a superstar. Brixton was part of the huddle to end the practice, and he was even treated to some one-on-one time with a few players from the Bengals, including Ja'Marr Chase.

With one pass, Brixton ran 99 yards to score a touchdown, but his greatest victory came when he beat cancer.
