Power Outages Have Already Begun To Strike Texas
Well, it looks like some Texans are already experiencing power outages brought on by winter storms. Thousands of residents in the east portion of the state lost power last night and this morning. Smith County, Gregg County, Rusk County, Cherokee County, Henderson County, Van Zandt County, Wood County, Cass County, Houston County, Sabine County, and Nacogdoches have all been affected.
It's so very important to prepare yourself for the off chance you might lose power, too. I've got a helpful list of items every Texan should keep at home and in their vehicle during the winter months. Review the list below and make a mental note of the items you might be missing. It's better to be safe than sorry.
