This is video of former NFL star Chad Johnson, being sentenced Monday to 30 days in jail, after playfully slapping his attorney on the backside in court.

Johnson, who was in court for a probation violation in a domestic violence case, had his no-plea deal rejected by the judge, who was less than amused by his actions.

It looked like it was be an uneventful day in court, until Johnson was asked by Broward County Circuit Judge Kathleen McHugh McHugh if he was satisfied with his lawyer, Adam Swickle. It was then that Johnson said "yes", before giving Swickle a tap on the rear, prompting the courtroom to erupt in laughter. It was then that Judge McHugh became upset, saying she wouldn't accept the deal.

The 35-year old Johnson, who played 11 seasons in the NFL, catching 766 passes, for 11,059 yards, and 67 touchdowns, tried to apologize and insisted he meant no disrespect.

Johnson, who was a six-time Pro Bowler, spending ten seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, and one year with the New England Patriots, was then handcuffed and sent away to jail.
